MijnSpel is for users aged 16 and older. One account gives you access to Creator and Studio.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel monthly and retain access until the end of the paid period. We do not provide refunds for voluntary cancellation or account deletion, unless mandatory law or Stripe Managed Payments requires it.
After requesting account deletion, you can restore your account within 14 days. We then permanently delete the account, Creator and Studio projects, and published games.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MijnSpel and your games comply with copyright and other applicable laws and regulations.
These terms are governed by Dutch law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
