Who we are
MijnSpel is provided by Xafron B.V. We are responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we process and why
- Your account: your username and email address, so you can sign in and use MijnSpel. Legal basis: our contract with you.
- Your projects: your games, files and conversations with the MijnSpel agent, to create and save your projects. Legal basis: our contract with you.
- Payments: the data needed to process your subscription and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records. Legal bases: our contract with you, and legal obligation.
- Security: the data needed to keep MijnSpel and your account secure, such as sign-in sessions. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
Analytics
We use PostHog Cloud EU to measure usage and errors in Creator, Studio and plugins, so we can keep MijnSpel reliable and improve it. Without your consent, we do this based on our legitimate interest, and the data is not linked to your account. You can object by emailing [email protected].
With your consent, we link this data to your account and record your use of Creator and Studio, with everything you type or create hidden. Consent is optional, and you can withdraw it at any time under Analytics in your account.
Who receives your data
We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf for payment, hosting, AI infrastructure and analytics. We never sell personal data. We also share data with authorities when the law requires us to.
Where your data is stored
We store and process your data in the European Union.
How long we keep your data
We keep your account data while you have an account. After you delete your account, a 14-day recovery period applies. We then permanently delete your account, projects and published games, except what we are legally required to keep.
Recordings are deleted after 30 days, and technical logs after 14 days. We keep analytics data only as long as we need it to keep MijnSpel reliable and improve it.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies only to sign you in securely. Your browser also stores interface preferences and unsent messages on your device. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Age
MijnSpel is intended for users aged 16 and older.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict its use, or to object to it. You can withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email [email protected].
We answer within one month and may first ask you to confirm your identity.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
You can also file a complaint with a data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we update the date above, and we tell you about significant changes in MijnSpel.
