1. About MijnSpel
MijnSpel is provided by Xafron B.V. One account gives you access to Creator and Studio. You must be 16 or older to use MijnSpel.
2. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are sold through Stripe Managed Payments and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel monthly and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not provide refunds for voluntary cancellation or account deletion, unless mandatory law or Stripe Managed Payments requires it. Each plan includes usage limits.
3. Your games
You own the games you create, as far as the law allows. AI-generated parts may not be protected by copyright, and the agent can produce similar output for others.
You allow us to store and process your games as needed to run MijnSpel, and to publish the games you choose to publish. This permission ends when you delete them, except where the law requires us to keep them.
The agent can make mistakes, so check your game before you publish it. You are responsible for making sure your games and your use of MijnSpel comply with the law, including copyright.
4. Rules
Do not use MijnSpel to:
- create or publish illegal content or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- spread malware or harm others;
- disrupt or overload MijnSpel, or get around its limits.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or the law. We tell you why, unless the law prevents us. You can object by emailing [email protected].
5. Reporting illegal content
Anyone can report a published game they believe is illegal by emailing [email protected]. Include the game's address and explain why it is illegal.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time and restore it within 14 days. After that, we permanently delete your account, your Creator and Studio projects and your published games.
7. Liability
We provide MijnSpel with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. We are not liable for indirect damage, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. We tell you about significant changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.
9. Law and privacy
Dutch law applies, without limiting your mandatory consumer rights. How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy notice.
