Privacy notice
Xafron B.V. processes your username, optional email address, account and project data, and data needed for payment and security to provide MijnSpel.
We never sell personal data or use it to train AI. We only share necessary data with contracted providers for payment, hosting and AI infrastructure. They may only process that data to provide their service to us.
When you use the MijnSpel agent plugin, we retain up to 200 activity records per project. A record contains a fixed operation name, an optional project-relative file path and a timestamp; it never contains prompts, chat messages, file contents, model output, reasoning or credentials. These records are deleted with the project.
MijnSpel is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not store dates of birth.
You can delete your account. A 14-day recovery period applies; after that, your account, projects and published games are permanently deleted, except for data we are legally required to keep.
